Credit Recovery
Students in grades 10, 11 and 12 who have failed a course required for graduation have the option to retake it via computer-based credit recovery. Computer-based credit recovery utilizes an online learning program where students lead themselves through the critical learning elements of each course. Students are expected to attend in person class each day in order to gain support from MHS staff and test in a proctored environment when necessary. Upon completion of their assigned curriculum, students will have recovered their previously failed credit and will earn a “P” (pass) on their transcript for the course. Counselor recommendation is needed for students to enroll in credit recovery.
Session 1: English 1-4, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, United States History, World Studies

TUITION
All summer credit recovery course are offerred at a fee of $25
ATTENDANCE
All classes will be held in person. No virtual options are available. Non-participation in any Summer School course will count against the Summer School absence policy. Two (2) days of absence will result in a failing grade. No Classes on June 19th, 2025 and July 4th, 2025.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is available for summer school academic courses. Students must register for classes and transportation by April 30th for Session 1 and May 31st for Session 2 in order to to guarantee transportation availability. Transportation is not available for driver education courses.
