Track & Field: Sprints and distance training. All field events: Long jump, High jump, Pole Vault, shot and discus. Train with certified and experienced coaches.. Participants should come prepared to work out. Bring water bottle. Field Sessions (9-10:30am)
Mondays-Long Jump, Triple Jump, and Shot Put.
Wednesdays-Pole Vault, High Jump, and Discus.
Running Sessions (10:30am-12pm)
Mondays and Wednesdays-Sprints, Distance, and Hurdles.
